ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first-aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. Spots are limited.

Run For MI Life event
is held in honour of Matthew Ivory.
We are aiming for this run to give us
a platform to raise awareness about
depression and suicide and the affect
it has on our community. By shedding
