Flat, straight bitumen roads that will be blocked off by the police for the duration of the fun run.

First Aid Officers are situated on the course and a doctor is on call for the event.
If you start to feel unwell at anytime during the run please seek assistance.

Sunscreen and water will be provided on the day. Please ensure you bring a hat and wear joggers.
Strictly no push bikes permitted in the fun run.

Water stops are placed through the course, free bottle of cold water at the end of the run.
